ProtectSentinel is a business area of INGLAS GmbH & Co. KG.
Under the brand of ProtectSentinel three companies have joint forces under the leadership of the sensor branch of INGLAS GmbH & Co. KG to develop and produce systems for alerting against natural hazards. The systems include robust wireless sensors and data loggers as well as customized alerting and remote control software, data logging and analysis.
Special feature of the systems is the use of ultra-low-power electronics, green-energy-harvesting and radio-based data transmission. Sensors were developed which are highly specialized for operation in inaccessible and highly exposed environments and operate independent of power supply and data lines. Therefore they are exeptionally suitable for tasks above mountainous railway lines and roads.
